When can I expect my item?

Many products on our marketplace are made to order so each designer indicates an estimated dispatch time for each item. This can be found as a bullet point in the items summary. After dispatch shipping times also need to be added. A shipping estimate can be found in the ‘shipping estimate’ tab on the product page and is also reconfirmed during checkout. Where is my item sent from?

As a marketplace all items are sent directly from the designer who creates it. All our designers are based in the United Kingdom but everything can be sent internationally. Shipping estimates are provided per item on the ‘shipping estimates’ tab.

My item hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Please check the estimated dispatch times on your products summary. Many items are made to order so cannot be dispatched immediately. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a day or two of the estimated dispatch time please check your spam folder as it may be in there. Alternatively you can log on to your account to see your order status.

If your item has not been sent within a day or two of the estimated dispatch please contact us at and we will speak to the designer to find your order status.
