ORGANIC Hydrating Facial Steam- Natural - VEGAN We believe in using organic produce in our facial steams. The elderflower, chamomile and calendula are grown and dried by myself in my vegetable garden in Whitehaven Cumbria.

An herbal facial steam treats all skin types by opening the pores, allowing the herbs’ special properties to treat oily, dry or mature skin. Many of the recommended herbs treat more than one type of skin, so this is ideal for people with combination skin.+ oil from the juniper berry has been traditionally used for relief from mental and emotional issues; calming nerves and alleviating anxieties while cleansing and detoxifying the skin.

+ a significant part of Hindu worship, hibiscus is naturally astringent, emollient and contains vitamin C and anti-inflammatory polyphenol compounds.

+ Elderflower is used for swollen sinuses (sinusitis), colds,

+ cornflower has a long history of herbal use; the anthocyanins responsible for the wildflower's deep blue color also provide anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits and toning activity may firm lines and wrinkles.

+ rosehip offers high levels of essential fatty acids and vitamins E, C, A, B to nourish, soothe, and moisturize.

+ Chamomile petals brim with vitamins and minerals that soothe and repair.
USES

+ clear pores of excess oil, dirt and bacteria; promote circulation, oxygenation and detoxification; and encourage moments of deep and relaxed breathing

+ add to warm bath for a relaxing and nourishing soak.

DIRECTIONS

1) add a couple of teaspoons of herbs to bowl and cover with boiling water; allow to cool slightly and place towel over head to create steam tent.

2) breathe deeply and enjoy 5-15 minutes; take this time to completely clear the mind or set intentions and offer gratitude.

3) strain resulting tea to enhance your next bath.
