How do I return any unwanted or unsuitable items?
We are sure that you will love your item, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it to the designer. Items returned must be unworn and in a resalable condition.
All returns must be made to the seller based in the United Kingdom.
To request a refund or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with further instructions.
All items returned to us must be unused (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging and labels attached. Any items that fail to meet this criteria will be denied.
In the interests of hygiene all food items, cosmetics, toiletries, pierced earrings, underwear and eyelashes cannot be returned
Any bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a fault.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. To ensure that it arrives safely to us we recommend that you send it with a Signed For delivery method and retain proof of postage. We will only be able to refund lost parcels with this form of postage.
For UK and EU customers the original postage value will be refunded, for all other locations the original postage will not be refunded.
Refunds will be transferred into your original paying account within 14 days of your items being received by the designer.
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
Postage for the return of faulty items will be provided once the items has been received and the fault is confirmed. We will confirm with you the value of postage to be provided based on your location and the item being returned.
You have 14 days to return the item after you have notified us of the fault.
