Sterling silver alchemical air/earth symbol ring This is a handmade sterling silver ring with the alchemical symbol for air/earth depending on which way it is worn. When the triangle is pointing up it symbolises air, and the triangle pointing down symbolises earth.

Alchemy has a long history and was formed for many purposes, most notably transformation. There is a large catalogue of symbols to denote elements, metals, and compounds, and their beliefs were steeped in magic.

The symbol is 10mm x 9mm, and the band is 1mm round wire.

☽ Wulfcub jewellery is hand fabricated with metals and gemstones in the UK by self-taught metalsmith Amber Tenzin. Designs are inspired by the use of jewellery as talismans and amulets, and the significance of symbolic imagery as a tool for introspective understanding. ☾

Finding Your Ring Size

First wrap a piece of string, measuring tape or a strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark where the end of the string meets the string wrapped around the finger.

It might be easier if you get someone to help you. Using a ruler measure the length of the string from the starting point to the end mark in millimetres.

Check the measurement against our chart to find your ring size.

The best time of day to measure your fingers is at the end of the day.
