To Thai For Seasoning - Vegan Food Seasoning Mix Use this seasoning liberally in Thai Hard, or make yourself a stir fry without using a shop bought sauce. Simmer the seasoning with your veggies, before adding a splash of lime juice, sesame oil and soy sauce. Add a little ginger and garlic too for that authentic fragrant flavour.

Try making a soothing noodle broth, or pop some in a veggie stew to completely transform it.

Ingredients – Lemon Grass, Black Pepper, Basil, Garlic, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fennel, Chilli and Star Anise.
Store sealed, out of direct sunlight – use within two years.
