Soft knitted lambswool cushion in a leaping Deer design.
This 40cm cushion features my leaping Deer design with brown leaves and deer a leaping on a linen coloured background, the back of the cushions features a big green leaf in the centre.
The cushion has been created in my home studio in Norwich, Norfolk using a domestic knitting machine. After I have knitted the lambswool yarn I wash the fabric to lightly felt it.
The cover is removable and has a khaki zip fastening and the cushion pad is feather filled
I get my inspiration for the designs from my love of vintage textiles and toys — especially the imagery and colours of early Galt and Abbatt wooden puzzles and picture card games. I also love the simplicity of Scandinavian design
