Za'atar:
The King of Middle Eastern spice mixes. A fragrant combination of oregano, marjarom, sumac, salt and sesame seeds. With an earthy, woody flavour, Za'atar is a popular tabletop condiment that is often used in bread making. For a tasty treat, brush pita bread with olive oil and sprinkle it with zatar. Cut the bread into wedges and bake in hot oven for 5-10 minutes, just until the bread is browned and crisp. Za'atar also makes a wonderful seasoning for roasted chicken or lamb stew.

Ras El Hanout:
A deep, warming spice mix used throughout North Africa, combining cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, turmeric and cardamom. Perfect to give depth to tagines.

Mexican:
This blend contains cornflour, cumin seeds, paprika, oregano, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, onion powder and cayenne pepper.

Jamaican Jerk:
An authentic Jamaican blend of tropical spices, fragrant with allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon with a chilli kick. Equally good as a rub or marinade. It’s especially good with chicken or pork but can also add intense flavour to fish and is superb when dusted on shrimp. Contains cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, sugar, salt, paprika, all spice, black peppercorns, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Chinese Spice:
Contains liquorice, star anise, cassia, szechuan peppers, black cardamom, orange peel and cloves

Garam Masala:
** Great Taste Award Winner 2015 ** Contains cloves, star anise, black pepper, cinnamon, coriander seeds, cumin and ginger

Baharat:
A rich, earthy Middle Eastern Spice mix combining allspice, black peppercorns, cardamom, cassia, cloves, coriander, cumin, nutmeg and paprika. Great to rub into meat as a marinade, especially lamb and chicken.

Panch Phoron Powder:
Bengal blend contains cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds and fennel seeds

Harissa:
A fiery North African chilli mix with dried red chilli, garlic, coriander, paprika and caraway. Great mixed with olive oil to make dressings for salads and cous cous or as a marinade for meat. Use harissa directly as a bold, spicy rub for roasted and grilled meats or blend with olive oil and lemon juice for the classic paste. Create a spicy, refreshing dip for fresh vegetables by blending our Harissa Spice with tangy yogurt or try it in place of mustard on sandwiches.
